Living together in good company, meeting new friends is healing for both the youngest and the adults - there will be plenty of that at the camp!

Nutrition and hygiene

Three healthy organic meals a day, which will be prepared by ourselves. Snacks and drinks (water, tea) will always be available.

Please let us know any specifics (allergies, etc.) at least 7 days before the start.

We wash ourselves in improvised showers with organic soaps and shampoos.

Fresh safe source of water will be provided on camp site.

Sleeping and equipment

The tent will be your home for a few days. You can also sleep outdoors or in a hammock.

Mandatory equipment:

+ sleeping bag (three-season, comfort temperature 0oC)

+ bed mat

+ warm clothes for cold evenings

+ umbrella/palerina (in case of rain)

+ little blanket

+ good outdoor footwear (boots, stronger sneakers)

+ light footwear (flip-flops, ...)

+ sprays against ticks, mosquitoes

+swimwear and towel
