One that you won't forget and will tell your  grandchildren about it. It reminds you that we are one, connected with  everything. And as a species that can havoc global change (destruction  or remediation), we must be aware of other friends that live on this  planet. Brown bear is the biggest carni(omni)vore in Slovenija.  Protected by law and put on the red watch list of endangered species it  still provides a stage for the clash of many different human  projections: - local farmer mostly hate it (eating their crops, breaks  the branches of fruit trees, forest roaming is not 100% safe, etc) -  people still want to hang the bear hide on their walls - the  misconception & demonization: that bear will eat the sheep, the bear  will attack you if you meet him/her in the woods They are really gentle  creatures with sometimes moody personality. Yes, some can be dangerous  on special occasions (mother with cubs - if you happen to get between  them), but usually run away or back away on first sight or smell or  sound of humans approaching.
