Learn the basic skills of survival in nature and bushcraft. A mandatory course for anyone that wish to take her's or his's outdoor camping experience to the next level. For people that love to spend a lot of time outdoors, preppers, and nature lovers. No skills required. Newbees friendly!

Program:
- Basic theory & mindset behind Surviving in wilderness (equipment, priorities, safeguardness, preparation, psychology...)
- DIY Shelters from man made materials
- Firestarter workshop - LvL1
- Fireplace(s) and cooking with an open flame - LvL1
- Edible plants, mushrooms, roots, medicinal plants (picking, identifing, tasting) - LvL1
- Basic wilderness (self)FirstAid - LvL1
- Correct and safe use of basic tools: knife, saw, axe - LvL1
- Primitive Torch workshop
- Basic natural shelters (building, sleepover) - LvL1
- Orientation basics (North finding, natural signs: sun, stars; tools: map, compass) - LvL1
- Wild animals observation & basic tracking LvL1
- Water & purification (ways to get water in nature, purification methods & self made filter) - LvL1
- Evening fire sharing & singing
- Tribal experience
- Make your own souvenier: spoon or cup
- Building strong character traits (emotional stability & cleansing, selfconfidence, (mental) endurance, tempo, focus, creativity, DIY mindset, thinking out of the box, getting in touch with yourself, knowing your stress respons & stressors, group spirit, trust (in yourself, your abilities, group & friends...)
- Sensibilization in attention sharpening (emotinal responses & our handeling, consious breathing, concentration ...)
