  • Basic theory & mindset behind Surviving in wilderness (equipment, priorities, safeguardness, preparation, psychology...)
  • DIY Shelters from man made materials
  • Firestarter workshop - LvL1
  • Fireplace(s) and cooking with an open flame - LvL1
  • Edible plants, mushrooms, roots, medicinal plants (picking, identifing, tasting) - LvL1
  • Basic wilderness (self)FirstAid - LvL1
  • Correct and safe use of basic tools: knife, saw, axe - LvL1
  • Primitive Torch workshop
  • Basic natural shelters (building, sleepover) - LvL1
  • Orientation basics (North finding, natural signs: sun, stars; tools: map, compass) - LvL1
  • Wild animals observation & basic tracking LvL1
  • Water & purification (ways to get water in nature, purification methods & self made filter) - LvL1
  • Evening fire sharing & singing
  • Tribal experience
  • Make your own souvenier: spoon or cup
  • Building strong character traits (emotional stability & cleansing, selfconfidence, (mental) endurance, tempo, focus, creativity, DIY mindset, thinking out of the box, getting in touch with yourself, knowing your stress respons & stressors, group spirit, trust (in yourself, your abilities, group & friends...)
  • Sensibilization in attention sharpening (emotinal responses & our handeling, consious breathing, concentration ...)
